Guests include expert Willi Smith, accompanied by starred chefs Alessandro Gilmozzi (Michelin Red Star and Green Star - El Molin, Cavalese) and Chris Oberhammer (Michelin Red Star - Tilia, San Candido). With the participation and contribution of emerging chefs Sara Bertocchi and Tina Marcelli who will enrich the debate.
