The headquarters of the Enoteca Provinciale of the Trentino is the location that AUTUMNUS, with the collaboration of the Association of the Trentino Bakers, has dedicated to bread. Of course, there will be wine tastings accompanied by cheeses and honey.

A rich calendar of events in Trento’s most important square. Piazza Duomo with its elegance and historical beauty will be the perfect stage for school workshops, scientific demonstrations for families, exhibitions, animated readings and talks.
TASTINGS AND GUIDED TOURS
Here at Pretorio Palace, the bishop’s residence built next to the Cathedral, art and culture will become the backdrop to a unique experience. During the “Cena del Concilio” (Concilio Dinner) the participants will be accompanied on a journey through time to discover the places, flavours and traditions of the Conciliar Period.
TASTINGS AND GUIDED TOURS
An unusual and surprising trip where the world of Trentodoc encounters the culture of the city of Trento. For 4 days, small groups of visitors can visit the recently restored Civic Tower in Piazza Duomo accompanied by a museum guide and a sommelier. History, art and Trentodoc bubbles all rolled into one!
SHOW COOKING, TASTINGS, EXHIBITIONS, DISPLAYS AND RETAIL
Great chefs and award- winning chefs cook for the public, transforming with their hands and hearts the products of the Trentino region. Next to the famous recipes there will also be the products of the local traditions. Inside the historical shop “Nicolini” visitors will find a bookshop with books and publications on food and wine to consult and buy.
FOOD AND WINE TASTING, WORKSHOPS AND IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS
The SAS Archaeological Underground Area, with its 1,700 square metres, hosts the insights dedicated to the advancements and challenges of the agricultural and food industry and the environment. Visitors will be guided through the exhibition by researchers from the Edmund Mach Foundation. In the area above, in piazza Cesare Battisti the Mach Foundation will also be present with an exhibit and workshops for families.
WINERIES ON STAGE
The city’s oldest theatre will host the oenological excellences of our territory. The theatre will be opened to the public from piazza Cesare Battisti (back entrance). Inside visitors will find a winery map of the province and be able to taste the four most representative wines of each winery along with the possibility of getting to know the story and characteristics of the wines by the producers. Visitors will also have the possibility of buying from the online shop via the Autumnus website.
GUIDED TASTINGS
Thanks to the participation of the Winemakers and the Trentino Wine Consortium visitors will be able to taste unique and special wines. This event is dedicated to all those who wish to learn more about the wines featured in the 3rd edition of Autumnus.

The Renaissance residence of the prince-bishops, with their frescoed ceilings, medieval loggias, ornamental gardens will be the backdrop to this unforgettable experience.
