Each stop on the route will offer signature dishes paired with the best wines of the area, from the sophisticated Trentodoc mountain bubbles, which will enhance each course, to the great Trentino reds, an expression of the territory. The sweet epilogue will be punctuated by the Vignaioli del Vino Santo, who will add a touch of refinement and tradition and the mixed drinks station curated by the Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino.
