Between Buonconsiglio Castle and Trautmannsdorf Palace, in the heart of Trento, the food and wine excellence of Trentino is celebrated, with a journey that highlights distinctive wines such as Nosiola, Müller Thurgau, Teroldego Rotaliano, Marzemino, Trentodoc and Grappa. At the heart of the event are producers, artisans and enthusiasts, united by a passion for good wine and a tradition oriented towards the future.
The most representative wines and Grappa of Trentino will be paired with a selection of gastronomic excellences from the Wine and Flavours Routes of Trentino, to be enjoyed natural and creatively reworked by the students and teachers of ENAIP Primiero. Each room will offer a unique sensory experience, with actors, sounds, images and scents that will create a magical and engaging atmosphere.
