We live in times of great changes - climatic, geopolitical, social and cultural - that in the coming years will affect all economic segments of society, including tourism. These changes may also reserve some opportunities for those who are able to seize them. Climate change, in fact, will modify the habits with which man lives and moves on the planet, revealing local potential that has been little valued up to now. Geopolitical changes will open tourism to new international flows. Finally, socio-cultural changes will produce a new tourist audience, interested in knowing the world through new sensibilities. The 2024 edition of Bitm intends to discuss these important issues for our territory. We will talk and discuss them in Piazza Mostra in Trento together with the citizens.
