A journey to discover the fruit and vegetable products of Val di Gresta through the photographic exhibition on the history of the Consortium and the display and sale of organic vegetables, with a particular focus on onions, both fresh and processed. Tastings of products and meetings with farmers will be offered. Three in-depth sessions are planned with Gabriele Chistè who will talk about the history of the Consortium, Stefania Decarli who will delve into healthy eating and the properties of onions, and thanks to Livio Job, the use of onions in popular traditions will be explored.
