A journey through walnuts and chestnuts: history, research, and flavors from Trentino
Walnuts and chestnuts have ancient roots in Trentino, and the cultivated varieties bear witness to this. An invitation to discover the research conducted on nuts at FEM: the fight against biotic and climatic adversities; genetic investigations of varieties; physiological studies for improved field management; and territorial studies to enhance these crops. The space, set up in collaboration with Trentino producers, offers the opportunity to taste the region's finest products.
