Cradled by the fragrant notes of Marzemino, a red grape variety that has found its ideal habitat in Vallagarina, we will taste together with experts and producers the most interesting variations of this wine praised even by Mozart. The most harmonious pairing? A delicious selection of cured meats from Trentino producers.

A selection of Marzemino labels from the following wineries will be offered:

  • Azienda Agricola De Tarczal – Isera
  • Azienda Agricola Grigoletti – Nomi
  • Azienda Agricola La Cadalora – Ala
  • Azienda Agricola Salizzoni – Calliano
  • Cantina d'Isera – Isera
  • Vivallis – Nogaredo

These labels will be paired with a selection of cured meats offered by Crucolo – Scurelle
