photographic journey through the contrasts between the effects of climate change on the one hand, and on the other, the hope given by the emotions generated by God's creation. The words of the Canticle of the Creatures accompany the photographs from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Amazonia, Florida, Greece, Italy, Iceland, Australia, Turkey. The shots combined with the prayer of St. Francis present a contrast between the beauty and wonder of Creation and the destruction of climate change, both for our environment and for populations around the world. An invitation to reflect on the actions to be taken to praise God with the same strength as St. Francis in an era of socio-ecological crisis. The name, "Changes", refers both to climate change but also to the challenge of changing our gaze and our actions to finally be able to say "Praise be to you, O my Lord!" Curated by Lia and Marianna Beltrami of Emotions to Generate Change from Trentino, conceived together with the Dicastery for Communication and with the collaboration of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development. The photographs are by Neşe Arı, Raffaele Merler, Giampaolo Calzà, Vassilis Ikoutas, Asaf Ud Daula, Sebastiano Rossitto, Ferran Paredes Rubio and Francesca Larrain. The exhibition was shown in St. Peter's Square and in New York during the month of May 2024, at COP28 in Dubai, at the Borgo Laudato Si' of the Vatican Gardens of Castel Gandolfo in the summer of 2024. The poster photo is by Raffaele Merler.
