The aromas of Müller Thurgau, even of surprising old vintages, meet the sweet freshness of a selection of Trentino cheeses. An aperitif narrated with producers and experts that brings the Val di Cembra to the glasses and the dairy products of Valsugana to the plate.

A selection of Müller Thurgau labels from the following wineries will be offered

  • Cantina Resom – Trento
  • Cembra Cantina di Montagna – Cembra Lisignago
  • Fondazione Edmund Mach - Istituto Agrario – San Michele All’Adige
  • Società Agricola F.lli Pelz – Cembra Lisignago
  • Tenuta Gottardi – Cembra Lisignago

Including a blind wine tasting.

These labels will be paired with a selection of cheeses proposed by Crucolo – Scurelle

By the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino and the Consorzio Vini del Trentino.
