Ten years after the establishment of Piwi Trentino and the possibility of cultivating new varieties resistant to the main fungal diseases, the wines obtained by some Trentino producers are presented.
unique opportunity to explore the excellence of PIWI wines, obtained from new varieties resistant to the main fungal diseases. In this exhibition, the wines of 16 Trentino producers will be presented, who with passion and innovation are leading the future of sustainable viticulture. Visitors will be able to taste a selection of these wines at the tasting tables and learn more about these new varieties. In addition, it will be possible to discover what is being achieved beyond the border: in fact, 12 wines awarded at the recent PIWI Austria competition will also be tasted, offering an interesting look at emerging trends in neighboring Austria. During the event, space will be given to the explanation of how the need to use new resistant varieties came about, by Vacchetti Marco.
