The fifth edition of Autumnus, which brought Trento to life from October 9 to 19, 2025, offered eleven days of excitement, aromas, and flavors that captured the soul of our region.
This year, too, the opening coincided with the Sports Festival, a precious opportunity that renewed collaboration and brought an extraordinary energy to the city streets, filled with encounters, curiosity, and a desire to share.
The 2025 edition brought with it many new features: the evocative Temporary Restaurant, tastings in the Tromba and Massarello towers, narrated aperitifs at Buonconsiglio Castle, and the surprising 3D design in Piazza Pasi, an open-air "magical cellar" that enchanted both adults and children.
Alongside these new experiences, the most popular events were renewed: Stelle al Castello, with its magical atmosphere and signature dishes from the chefs, the market with exhibitors and Trentino's finest products and the meetings and tastings that allowed visitors to discover new flavors and stories of passion.
It was a fascinating journey between tradition and innovation, uniting residents and visitors in a grand celebration of Trentino's food and wine culture.
An experience that awakened the senses and strengthened the bond with our roots.
