The exhibition "Delikatessen: Food Places in Trento between the Late Nineteenth and the First Half of the Twentieth Century" focuses on the food offerings in Trento, offered not only in specialized shops (bakeries, Delikatessens, etc.), but also in cafes and restaurants. A substantial part of the exhibition is represented by images taken from project files preserved in the Historical Archives of the Municipality of Trento, accompanied by archival documents, postcards, and photographs from the Trento Municipal Library.
