narrative journey dedicated to Vino Santo, a precious wine, a treasure trove of stories and curiosities. The Lupus InFabula Company will accompany you from floor to floor, along a vertical path, sharing, along with the history of Vino Santo production, anecdotes and stories that recall the life of the Madruzzo family, intimately linked to the Valle dei Laghi and its winemaking tradition. Along the way, we will taste three wines made with the Nosiola grape: the base, the refined version, and the one transformed into the Passito dei Passiti. At each stop, a Vino Santo winemaker will explain the process and production of the wine we are about to taste. ITINERARY: On the first floor, we encounter Nosiola, the only native white grape variety in Trentino that grows in the Valle dei Laghi. On the following floors, we will see the tools the winemakers use to prepare Vino Santo. On the fifth floor, the second tasting will feature Nosiola aged in barrels, thus undergoing a light drying process. On the sixth floor, we'll learn about Vino Santo, its history, and the long tradition closely linked to the Valle dei Laghi since the time of the family of Cristoforo Madruzzo, Prince Bishop of the First Council of Trent. This precious wine, the passito of passitos, a meditation wine that requires a slow pace to savor its intense aromas and velvety flavor, will be tasted on the Tower's terrace. From there, we'll admire the city from above: the Duomo, the Civic Tower, Buonconsiglio Castle, and many other places that tell the story of Trento.
